About IWCA Global

The International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA) is a global network of 36 independent chapters across coffee‑producing and coffee‑consuming countries. Each chapter works locally to advance the empowerment of women in coffee and strengthen the communities they serve.

The U.S. Women in Coffee Association (USWIC) is proud to be one of these 36 chapters, operating under the IWCA Global umbrella while setting our own goals and priorities to reflect the needs of our members here in the United States.

IWCA focuses on expanding access to leadership opportunities, education, and market connections—especially in places where women face barriers. Chapters drive their own initiatives, and IWCA Global provides the framework, resources, and international visibility that amplify their impact worldwide.
